My story begins the end of April.. a friend from work convinced me to join icq.
This is new experience for me since I have never owned a pc before and I'm now 50 .. after a few days of convincing me to join and finally did... the first evening at 830 pm I was just going to see what there was on the site..
I found the page where you can search for people with same interests, age and so on... this particular page stopped every so often with someone with same interests... the first person that it stopped on was Maree... from Aus. I requested a chat ... bingo.. she came on line.. authorized me..
and we talked for 14 hours that night and into the am... we talked for another 10 hours the next day... 10 hours the following day... and we have been on line twice a day since our first meeting.. and this has gone on for the past three months... After numerous phone calls , photos, net meeting, we have come to the
realisation that we are very much in love and we have to meet.. So I arranged a flight for downunder.. we are about to meet finally...
and have talked about me moving there for the good after my holiday.. the net can be very friendly as we have found out.. I wasn't looking for a life partner. I have been married before (my kids are grown) and she is single now too... it was fate that brought us together.. as neither of us
were looking for a long term relationship... but it does happen .. smile .. and we're both ecstatic.. She has two children herself and they are both at home.. I've chatted with them both and have found them just as warm as their mother..
So with much anticipation I'm headed down to meet the love of my life..
