~ Just for a Moment ~

As I look at you with wonders of awe,
I feel the child within me awaken.

And each time you pass by me,
My heart flutters like a leaf that is shaken.

And when my eyes meet yours,
My breath stops just for a moment.

Do I know you? Are you my twin soul?
Just for a moment, I don't need a thing.
As I look at you with wonders of awe.
