How I wished I could express my emotions:

My heart is crushed by the emptiness I now face.

I had longed for you, Little one,

And thought I had found you,

But you were taken from me....

Long before you were even born.

Why is Life so cruel to me?

Why did you become a part of me

only to leave so soon?

Why did I allow myself to lose my identity

and become a part of you,

When your being was so quickly withdrawn?

Maybe we were not meant for each other..

But why! Why does the separation of two unknown beings bring so much pain!

Why am I left in such a trance?

Don't I deserve another chance?

I thought that the sharing of our lives would bring me fulfillment,

But my thoughts were only dreams

Which have been shattered by the cold daylights of reality.....

Having you was just not meant to be.
