Poetic Love Poem, "Feelings"

You came into my life as quiet

as a thief in the night,

And into this dark abyss of loneliness

you brought some light.

You made me feel loved and now

I can smile

I hope and pray that this love

will last a while.

Maybe a time would come

that we will have to part,

But even then you should know,

You'd always be in my heart.

Forever I'll cherish the love that we share,

And I want you to know,

that I'll always be there.

No matter where we are,

No matter where we go,

You will always be someone

That I'm glad I know.

I've never loved anyone as much as I love you,

Please tell me you feel the same way too.
